UC Client disconnecting at random

We recently had to remove all users from the Local Administrator group and it has played heck with our UC Client users.  It will randomly kick the user out (disconnects from server).  I initially thought it might have to do with Adobe Air (and still may), but I was wondering if anyone had come across this behavior.  I'm hoping its something as simple as giving users full rights to a file/folder.  Any assistance will be appreciated.  Thank you.

This is an old thread but I'm seeing the same thing here. Standard Users will face the UC windows client to disconnect at random. I'm a premium user and do not have this issue. Are there built in "disconnect at idle" settings somewhere? we are Windows 7 Pro 64 bit
